The problem
Every local business needs almost the same thing (fast site, shop, bookings, management), but rebuilding it from scratch per client is slow and expensive.
The solution
A single base with four verticals as working demos: services landing, shop with cart, appointment booking and an auth-gated admin panel. Brand, colors, fonts, content and languages swap from centralized points. Next.js + TypeScript, modular SCSS (Container/Layout), next-intl and solid SEO (high Lighthouse, sub-second loads).
