Frequently asked questions
Shopify or a custom shop?
Shopify handles payments, shipping and stock from day one, and for many shops it's the sensible choice. If you need something Shopify doesn't do (at Ū Skin Store, selling some products only with a code from the clinic), I build it on top. If your case doesn't fit Shopify, I build it from scratch.
Will my customers get appointment reminders?
Yes. Confirmations and reminders go out by email automatically, like in the booking system I built for Ū Medicina Estética.
How much does it cost?
It depends on what you need and whether we start from Shopify or from scratch. I'll give you options with their setup and maintenance cost, and a fixed quote before we start.
What if I already have a website?
